Why this site exists

When a mortgage payment slips, the internet fills up with promises. Ads say a foreclosure can be stopped by tomorrow, that a fee will make the problem disappear, or that a stranger can negotiate a miracle with the bank. Some of those offers come from people Nevada would classify as foreclosure consultants, and some of them are simply scams. We built this site to be a calmer alternative.
We are a buyer. That is the only service we provide. We buy houses for cash, as they are, from owners who decide that selling is the best way forward. Because selling is not the best way forward for everyone, most of what you will read here is about other choices: calling your servicer, meeting with a free housing counselor, using the state mediation program, listing with an agent, or getting legal advice. Our side-by-side guide to the routes available in Nevada is the heart of the site for that reason.
Local to Nevada
We work in the Las Vegas valley and close through Nevada title and escrow companies. The questions we hear differ by neighborhood, from association-heavy communities in Summerlin and the southwest valley to older homes in East Las Vegas, so our area pages for the valley try to reflect those differences.
The standards we work by
These four values are what you can hold us to in any conversation, whether or not it ends in a sale.
Honesty about what we cannot do
We cannot stop or postpone a foreclosure, negotiate with your lender or change your loan. We say that early and often, because a homeowner who believes otherwise may lose time they need for options that could keep the house.
Your other options come first
Before we discuss price, we ask whether you have talked with your servicer and a HUD-approved counselor. If you are early in the process, our page for homeowners who have missed a payment or two is a better starting point than an offer from us.
Everything in writing
Offers, terms, closing dates and any cancellation rights go into a written agreement you can take home and have reviewed. Our explanation of each step of a sale and how closing works describes what to expect.
No pressure, no scare tactics
You will not get countdown clocks, alarming warnings or offers that expire by tonight. Foreclosure is stressful enough. You set the pace, and saying no costs you nothing.
If a Sale Is the Path You Choose
Send the address and we will look at the property, the neighborhood and whatever you decide to share. Then we reach out with a few questions and explain any offer in writing, at your pace.
Talking with us never takes other doors off the table. You can still speak with your loan servicer, a HUD-approved housing counselor or a Nevada attorney, and we would encourage it. Prefer a voice? The TALK TO ALEX button rings our line.
Who tends to reach out

The homeowners who contact us are usually in one of a few places. Some have a house that needs more repair than they can fund. Some inherited a property along with its overdue payments. Others had a job loss or medical bills that knocked the budget off course and have decided, after looking at their options, that a fresh start makes more sense than catching up. In each case, our role is the same: listen, explain the alternatives fairly, and make a clear written offer only if a sale fits.
What you will not find on this site
We do not publish testimonials, review scores, sales counts or claims about how long we have been in business. We would rather you judge us by what you can check: a written offer, proof of funds, and a title company you contact yourself. Our guide to vetting a buyer and avoiding foreclosure scams lists the questions we think every homeowner should ask, including of us. When you are ready, you can reach us from the page for starting a conversation.
