Terms of Use

Read these terms before you use this site or ask us to make an offer on a house facing foreclosure.

Effective October 3, 2026, these terms apply to everyone who uses stopforeclosurelasvegas.com. Using the site means you accept them; if you do not, please leave it.

What We Do

Stop Foreclosure Las Vegas has a single service: we pay cash for homes. The site's name echoes what people type into search engines; it does not describe something we can deliver. We do not work as a foreclosure consultant or a loan modification consultant. We do not promise to halt, postpone or delay a foreclosure sale, we do not bargain with lenders or loan servicers on anyone's behalf, and we do not claim to rescue a home from foreclosure. Nor are we a lender, a law firm, a brokerage or a housing counseling agency. Nothing you read here amounts to legal, tax, financial or credit advice. For those questions, speak with a Nevada attorney, a tax professional or a HUD-approved housing counselor.

Offers and Consultations

A conversation with us is free and commits neither of us to anything. Before a written offer exists, any number we mention is just an estimate. Even a written offer only opens a negotiation. It may depend on conditions like an inspection or a clean title report, and it can lapse or be withdrawn before a contract is signed. Compare it against every other option you have, and turn it down if it is not right.

Purchase Agreements

The only path to a sale is a written purchase agreement that you and we both sign. Price, closing date, conditions, move-out arrangements and any right to cancel come from that document, not from this site. When a home is in foreclosure, Nevada gives sellers specific protections in a sale to a buyer like us. Every one of them still applies, and these terms waive none of them. Before signing, please have a Nevada attorney review the agreement.

Payment and Closing

A licensed title or escrow company closes each purchase. That company pays the price, the loan payoffs, lien releases and closing costs as the signed agreement and its settlement statement direct. No seller is ever asked to pay us a fee so that we will buy the house.

No Warranty

We take care writing these pages, yet laws, deadlines and assistance programs keep changing. The site comes as-is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose. Check any legal or money question with a qualified professional, or with the original source, before you act on it.

Limitation of Liability

As far as Nevada law permits, we bear no responsibility for indirect, incidental or consequential losses caused by using this site or relying on its general information. That limit leaves untouched every duty in a signed purchase agreement and every right the law says cannot be limited.

Acceptable Use

This site may not be used to submit false information, pretend to be someone else, send automated or spam requests, probe or interfere with its systems, or copy its pages in bulk. Anyone who abuses it may be blocked.

Intellectual Property

We own the text, graphics, images and layout of this site, or we use them with permission. Printing or saving a page for your own private reference is fine. Republishing, selling or adapting it requires our written consent.

Governing Law

Nevada law governs these terms. Unless a signed agreement between us provides otherwise, any dispute over the website will be decided by a state or federal court sitting in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms occasionally. This page always shows the current version and its effective date, and if you keep using the site after a change, you accept it.
