Privacy Policy

People who contact us are often under pressure from a lender. This page explains, without fine print, what we record about you and how little we do with it.

Effective Date

Beginning October 3, 2026, this policy governs stopforeclosurelasvegas.com and any phone call, text thread or email that starts from it.

Information We Collect

Some of it you hand us directly: your name, a number or email for replies, the house address and whatever you decide to explain about the loan, the notices you have received or what is happening at home. You never have to tell us more than you want to.

The rest gets logged by the site on its own while you browse. Think browser and device type, a rough location estimated from your IP address, which pages you opened and how you found us. Cookies or comparable tools may record those technical details.

How We Use It

We read what you send for one reason, which is to answer you about the house. That can mean looking at the property, writing a cash offer when you request one and, if you choose to sell, completing the purchase. Technical logs keep the site running, show us which explanations help and filter out spam. We are not a lender and do not extend credit, so your information never feeds a lending or credit decision.

How We Share It

Selling your personal information is something we will not do, and we will not rent it out or swap it for someone else's marketing either. It leaves our hands only for a reason. Vendors that host the site, carry our calls and messages or store our files handle it on our instructions. If you go ahead with a sale, the title or escrow company, a notary or an attorney working on the closing will see what the paperwork requires. And we will release it to authorities when a law compels us or when fraud needs to be stopped. A Nevada resident may also tell us not to sell covered information; we respect that, though we never sold it in the first place.

Text Messages and Calls

Sharing a phone number allows us to call or text you about the house and your question. We may record calls so our notes stay accurate. You do not need to accept texts to receive an offer. How many messages you get depends on how the conversation goes, and your phone plan may bill its standard charges for messages and data. Text STOP and the messages end; text HELP for assistance. Numbers we collect for texting are never handed to outside companies for their promotions.

Security

Limited access and encrypted connections protect what you tell us, within reason. Since no phone line or website can be made fully secure, leave passwords, complete account numbers and Social Security numbers out of the contact form.

Your Rights

Three requests are always open to you: see the personal details we keep, correct them, or have them deleted. Deletion has a limit when a law or a contract obliges us to keep a record, for instance after a sale has closed. You may also tell us to stop contacting you. Before we act, we may need to confirm who you are, and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Third-Party Links

Certain pages send you to outside resources, government sites among them. Their privacy practices belong to them and are beyond our control, so read their policies when you go there.

Contact Us

To raise any privacy question or request, use either the number or the email that appears on this page and say what you need. The contact page for this website and our terms of use are also available.

Changes to This Policy

When the law moves or our practices do, this policy may be updated, and the new text will appear here under a new effective date. Using the site after the update means the revised version applies to you.
